Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All products sold on marsedge.in/products are digital products, such as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

2. How you receive your product

After your payment is successfully confirmed, we send the product download link to the email address you entered at checkout.

3. Delivery time

Delivery usually happens within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

4. If you do not receive your product

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
• Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
• If you still have not received it within 24 hours, email admin@marsedge.in with your name, order ID or payment reference, and the email address used at checkout. We will resend it.

5. Delivery area

Our products are available to customers across India.

6. Download link validity

For security, download links may expire after some time. If your link has expired, contact us and we will send a new one.
