These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products sold by MarsEdge Brand Labs ("MarsEdge", "we", "us") through marsedge.in/products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About the products

Our products are digital products, such as downloadable PDF guides. No physical item is shipped. Product details, contents and price are described on each product page.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the product page.
• Unless stated otherwise, each product is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully verified.

3. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, the product is delivered by email to the address you entered at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

4. Licence to use

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or professional work.

You may:

• Use the prompts, templates and content in your own work
• Edit and adapt them for your own tasks

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, upload or give away the PDF or its contents, in full or in part
• Publish the content as your own product
• Share your download link with others

All content, design and materials remain the intellectual property of MarsEdge Brand Labs.

5. Use of AI tools

Our products help you use third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google or any other AI provider. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AI tools can produce incorrect, incomplete or misleading information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before using it. Do not enter confidential, personal or sensitive information into AI tools.

6. No guarantee of results

Our products are educational and productivity resources. We do not guarantee any specific result, income, promotion or business outcome from using them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarsEdge Brand Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or AI tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
