1. MONTHLY RETAINER PLANS
No refunds are issued for months already billed and worked. All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment; there is no refund for early cancellation within this period. After the initial 3 months, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice; the final billing cycle during the notice period is non-refundable.
2. ANNUAL PREPAID PLANS
Annual prepayment (12 months of service for the price of 10) offers a discounted rate in exchange for the upfront commitment. If cancelled before completion, the client is entitled to a refund calculated as: amount paid minus (standard monthly rate × months already delivered). No refund is issued if the discount already exceeds the amount that would otherwise remain.
3. ONE-TIME PROJECTS (Websites, Design, etc.)
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time and resources already committed. If MarsEdge fails to deliver the agreed scope, the client is entitled to a pro-rated refund for undelivered work, or completion of the outstanding work at no extra cost, at MarsEdge's discretion.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products (such as the AI Office Toolkit), all sales of downloadable PDFs and digital assets are final. No refunds will be issued once the digital product has been delivered via email or downloaded. [CONFIRM: No refunds are permitted for digital product purchases under any circumstances.]
5. AUTOMATION SETUP FEES
Setup fees are non-refundable once development work has begun. Monthly licence fees already billed are non-refundable; cancelling a licence stops future billing but does not refund the current cycle.
5. ADVERTISING SPEND
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google by the client and is not processed or refunded by MarsEdge. Refunds for ad spend, if any, are subject to the advertising platform's own policies.
6. HOW TO REQUEST
Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@marsedge.in. We will acknowledge and process eligible requests within 7 business days.
